Better first steps
Quiet release focused on people trying ZenMotion for the first time. Nothing new to browse, but the first workout should feel less mysterious now.
More guidance on your first session
The new-user tip flow gained three more anchors. First-time users now get:
- A permission-giving hint on the Skip warm-up button — warmup is optional if you're already loose, and knowing that up front stops "why am I doing wall push-ups when I signed up for Planche" bailouts.
- A stepper hint on the reps field, explaining that − and + are for logging what you actually did, not just the target.
- A quick "rest between sets" note the first time the rest timer appears, so the countdown reads as coaching rather than a random modal.
Combined with the existing Start / Log / Finish tips, that's a six-step guided path from tapping Start to hitting Save. Silences the moment you complete your first session — returning users see nothing.
Honest copy
Fixed a small lie: the first-workout tip used to say "around 10 minutes" but the actual session runs 15-20 depending on where the plan starts you. Underselling the time turns into "this is longer than promised" halfway through, which nobody enjoys. New copy skips the number and lets the card's own duration estimate speak for itself.
Under the hood
Also added workout-progress analytics to see exactly where new users struggle — warmup, first set, mid-session, or at Save. Data drives the next round of tuning; nothing changes for you.
If you're new — welcome. If you're not — this release is invisible for you, and that's on purpose.
