1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using ZenMotion, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

ZenMotion provides calisthenics training programs and progress tracking. You are responsible for ensuring any exercises are suitable for your fitness level. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise programme.

3. Accounts

You sign in using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. You may add a second sign-in method later so the same account is reachable from either. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the underlying Apple ID or Google account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

4. Cost

ZenMotion is currently free to use — no subscription, no in-app purchases, no paywall. All programs, calibrations, Coach analyses, and features are available at no cost. If paid features are introduced in the future, we will update these terms accordingly and give existing users clear notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in ZenMotion is owned by ZenMotion. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

6. User-Created Content (Challenges)

ZenMotion lets you create Challenges — private events with a name, description, and rules that you can share via an invitation link. You are responsible for the content you create. You agree not to author Challenge names or descriptions that are unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or that infringe someone else's rights. When you share a Challenge invitation link, your display name and Challenge activity become visible to the people you invite through the Challenge's leaderboard.

We reserve the right to remove any Challenge and its associated data at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe it violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate. Report abusive Challenges to support@zenmotion.app.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZenMotion is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from use of the app or its exercise programmes.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved by the competent Swedish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Age Requirement

ZenMotion is intended for users 13 years of age and older. By using the app, you confirm you are at least 13. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you should use ZenMotion only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
