1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using ZenMotion, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

ZenMotion provides calisthenics training programs, progress tracking and general fitness and exercise guidance.

ZenMotion is not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent injuries or medical conditions. Coach form feedback, progression recommendations and training-load adjustments are coaching tools based on the information available to the app, not medical or safety assessments.

Exercise involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise is suitable for you. Consult a healthcare professional before starting a new exercise programme, especially if you have an injury or a medical condition. Stop exercising and seek medical advice if you experience pain, dizziness, numbness, shortness of breath or any other unusual symptoms.

Progression recommendations are based on your answers, calibration results and logged workouts. They cannot account for every person's health, injury history, physical limitations, training environment or technique. ZenMotion recommends; you decide. You can skip any exercise or stop a workout at any time.

Some exercises in ZenMotion suggest household items as substitutes when you do not have dedicated fitness equipment — for example, hanging from a door frame, rowing under a table, loading a backpack with books, or using a broomstick for mobility work. ZenMotion does not inspect, certify, or evaluate the structural integrity, weight capacity, or safety of any household item, door frame, furniture, or fixture in your home. You alone are responsible for verifying that any item you use to substitute for fitness equipment is stable, secure, and capable of supporting your bodyweight and the loads involved. If in doubt, do not use the substitute — skip the exercise or choose a different variant. You use household-item substitutes entirely at your own risk.

3. Accounts

You sign in using Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, or a one-time code sent to your email address. You may add another sign-in method later so the same account is reachable from each of them. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the underlying Apple ID, Google account or email account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

4. Cost

ZenMotion is currently free to use — no subscription, no in-app purchases, no paywall. All programs, calibrations, Coach analyses, and features are available at no cost. If paid features are introduced in the future, we will update these terms accordingly and give existing users clear notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in ZenMotion is owned by ZenMotion. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

6. User-Created Content (Challenges)

ZenMotion lets you create Challenges — private events with a name, description, and rules that you can share via an invitation link. You are responsible for the content you create. You agree not to author Challenge names or descriptions that are unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or that infringe someone else's rights. When you share a Challenge invitation link, your display name and Challenge activity become visible to the people you invite through the Challenge's leaderboard.

We reserve the right to remove any Challenge and its associated data at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe it violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate. Report abusive Challenges to support@zenmotion.app.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZenMotion is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for injuries, damages or losses arising from use of the app or its exercise programmes. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or affects your mandatory rights as a consumer.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved by the competent Swedish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Age Requirement

ZenMotion is intended for users 13 years of age and older. By using the app, you confirm you are at least 13. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you should use ZenMotion only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
